PLACES ONLY

An 11-day expedition designed to discover how two natural forces have shaped one of the most fascinating viticultures in the Southern Hemisphere: the Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean.

Accompanied by Winemaker Joshua Tripp and local expert Brian Swinburn, we will journey through some of Chile's most iconic valleys in an immersive, technical experience that connects terroir, climate, and culture.

From the classic elegance of the Maipo Valley to the distinct maritime influence of Casablanca, continuing through the great reds of Colchagua and the high-altitude vineyards of Aconcagua, we will explore the extraordinary diversity that has made Chile a global benchmark for wine.

Through private visits, encounters with producers, and specially curated tastings, we will discover how each valley expresses its own identity, revealing the close relationship between landscape, people, and wine. This experience is an opportunity to understand Chile through its valleys and through the people who bring them to life.

ROAD MAP

Our expedition begins in the Maipo Valley, considered the cradle of modern Chilean viticulture. Amid historic vineyards, alluvial soils, and the permanent influence of the Andes, we will explore the origin of some of the country's most iconic wines.

We will continue toward the Casablanca Valley, where the proximity of the Pacific Ocean transforms the landscape and defines a style of wine marked by freshness and mineral expression. Here, we will analyze how the maritime influence has driven a new generation of projects focused on white varieties and precision winemaking techniques.

The journey proceeds to the Colchagua Valley, one of South America's most renowned regions for the quality of its aged red wines and home to some of Chile's most influential wineries, such as Viña Montes. This will be an opportunity to delve into the different interpretations of terroir and the evolution of contemporary Chilean viticulture.

Finally, we will venture into the Aconcagua Valley, where the proximity of the mountain range and the altitude create exceptional conditions for wines of great structure, balance, and personality. A perfect closing to understand the breadth and diversity that distinguish Chilean wine.

Gastronomy & Accommodations

Cuisine will be a natural extension of the landscapes we traverse. Our selection of culinary experiences connects Pacific Ocean products, seasonal ingredients, and local traditions with the wines of each valley, creating a constant dialogue between the land and the table.

From lunches at benchmark wineries to tasting menus specially designed to highlight the identity of each region, every dining experience has been chosen for its ability to enrich the understanding of the wine and its place of origin.

Rest will take place in a collection of hotels carefully selected for their design, location, and level of service. From contemporary properties in Santiago to exclusive estates in the heart of the wine regions, each accommodation offers a privileged connection to the landscape and the pace of life in the valleys we will explore.
