Along the way, we will traverse spectacular landscapes and ancient geological formations to visit some of the region's most emblematic boutique wineries, renowned for crafting exceptional Torrontés and other extreme-altitude wines. DAY 1

In the morning, we will depart to Cafayate, the most iconic wine region of the Calchaquí Valleys.

​

During the journey, we will make a brief stop for breakfast before continuing through the breathtaking Quebrada de las Conchas, a natural reserve famous for its spectacular rock formations, shaped over millions of years by wind and water.

​

Upon arriving in Cafayate, we will visit a traditional colonial-style winery, where we will enjoy a wine tasting in its charming hacienda patio. Afterward, we will stop for lunch on our way to a second winery, which features contemporary architecture and privileged views of the vineyards. There, we will tour the facilities and enjoy a tasting on its panoramic terrace.

Once the visits are complete, we will check in at the hotel. The rest of the afternoon will be at your leisure to relax or explore the town.

In the evening, you can dine at one of Cafayate’s restaurants or choose to experience one of the traditional peñas.

day 2

We will begin the day by visiting a winery of modern architecture and winemaking that originated in Mendoza and extended its project to Salta, to explore and contrast the identity of Argentina's two most important wine-growing regions. ​

 

We will stop for lunch in the picturesque town of Cafayate to enjoy its charm and the peaceful pace of its streets. ​​

 

After lunch, we will head to another winery born from a family legacy, which has explored different areas of the Calchaquí Valleys to rescue indigenous grape varieties. Accompanied by a wine tasting, we will tour their facilities and learn about their history.

day 3

After breakfast and check-out, we will visit a renowned winery located in the heart of the town. There, you will participate in a tasting of wines crafted from grapes grown at different altitudes.

 

​​Upon concluding the experience, we will begin our return journey to Salta City, once again traversing the landscapes of the Calchaquí Valleys. Arrival is scheduled for the late afternoon or evening, leaving plenty of time to check in at the hotel and enjoy a final dinner in the city.
