DAY 1
Upon our meeting, we will depart for the Maipo Valley to discover the origins of Chilean viticulture.
The day will begin with a visit to a boutique winery that is a pioneer in biodynamic agriculture, where we will learn about a philosophy based on respect for the environment and the most authentic expression of the terroir.
Afterward, we will tour an iconic winery featuring organic architecture, designed to blend harmoniously with the landscape and renowned for its innovative approach to winemaking.
The experience will culminate with a visit to the historic site where the Carmenere variety was rediscovered, one of the most significant milestones in Chilean wine history. Later, we will enjoy a multi-course tasting menu featuring dishes inspired by both land and sea, celebrating the country's rich gastronomic heritage.
DAY 2
The day begins by touring a vineyard in a horse-drawn carriage driven by huasos at one of the most traditional wineries in the area. After the carriage ride, we will enjoy a tasting of their wines.
We will continue the journey by visiting a winery of monumental architecture, globally recognized for the quality of its wines and committed to sustainability and mindful soil care.
